Body acceptance is really hard. I’m in my thirties, and I can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t think I was too fat and ugly. But I’m working on loving my body just the way it is right now. It’s a process, right? But getting rid of the scale is the first thing to do. And this seems like a perfect solution.
